IT Helpdesk
To provide a faster and better service we are introducing a new IT HelpDesk to send your request to us. Please use this system to make your requests instead of sending emails or calling our staff. During working hours of weekdays, we will try to attend your request within 24 hours. It may take more time during evenings and weekends. If you need further information or want to make any comments/complaint about IT HelpDesk or any other matter please send an email to dictc@kln.ac.lk
